HARDWICK – The Third Floor Gallery at the Hardwick Inn is sponsoring a building-wide show on all three floors, celebrating the work of many local artists.
Third graders under the direction of Beth LeCours have made masks out of painted cardboard that jump off the walls. Established artist and drawing instructor Marie LaPre Grabon has collage portraits on view. Flower paintings adorned with leaves and unlikely oddments radiate Mary Young’s love of all things growing.

Ross Connelly has contributed photographs including one of a sheep shelter that in fact was once his ancestral home in Ireland. Ceilidh Galloway-Kane, Ken Leslie, Charlie Emers, Alex Bottinelli, Liz Nelson and Phillip Richardson all have works on exhibit.
Starting with the Riverside Bicycle Shop on the first floor all the way up to the third floor, everyone who works in the building has added offerings of their own personal taste and touch. There will be a reception for artists on April 4, 4 to 7 p.m. The building is open during regular business hours. The show will be up through May.
