Feller Buncher Fire
HARDWICK – On March 4, at 5:25 p.m., Hardwick Fire Department was toned to Gates Trail for a feller buncher working in the woods that had caught on fire. Engine 2 responded with the side by side in tow along with the tanker truck. The machine sustained significant damage due to the fire. Hardwick’s equipment and personnel were back in the station around 7:15 p.m. Wolcott Fire Department responded to the scene with personnel to assist in the challenging location. Elmore Fire Department was toned to assist with their UTV but had their response canceled.
