On March 11 at 9:21 p.m., Deputy David Garces responded to a passerby report of a one-vehicle crash on Rte. 16 in Greensboro. Upon arrival, Deputy Garces observed a vehicle nose first into a snowbank off the road, with the vehicle still partially on the roadway. The operator of the vehicle was a male identified as Axl Errington, of Greensboro. Errington displayed signs of impairment and was subsequently arrested and processed for DUI. DMV records showed that Errington’s license was suspended, and it also required an Ignition Interlock Device which the vehicle did not have. Records also showed that Errington had three prior DUI convictions, which led to Errington being charged for DUI #4. Errington was flash cited to appear in court on March 12 at 12:30 p.m. He was also given court conditions to not buy, have or consume alcohol.
