Brown’s Bullets Stay Hot

Share article

FAIRFAX – Hazen Union alum and BFA-Fairfax head coach Mike Brown guided his Bullets varsity baseball team to their sixth win in seven tries with a dominant performance against Richford at home last week.

Ryan Sheehan struck eight, scattered three hits, and didn’t walk a batter to lead Fairfax to a 10-0 home win over Richford last Thursday. Rylan Muehl led the Bullet offense with three hits and a pair of RBI in the win. Fairfax improved to 7-4 on the season and look poised to defend their Division III state championship next month. Brown led his Bullet’s program to their fifth state title under his stewardship last spring as a sixth seed.

Fairfax will host defending Division IV champion Blue Mountain, Richford and Paine Mountain this week.
