Theft, Lewd and Lascivious

NEWPORT CENTER – On May 23 at 7:56 p.m., the Vermont State Police received a call from Michael Breault, of Newport Center, advising two males stole multiple brake pad rotors from his residence. The two males then left in a black truck with a black dump trailer attached to it. Also inside the truck was a woman and a child. The vehicle was last seen traveling south on Vt. Rte. 14.

CRAFTSBURY – On May 15, the Vermont State Police began an investigation into Andrew Calderwood of Craftsbury after receiving a report concerning lewd and lascivious behavior involving multiple juveniles. Investigation revealed that on May 10, Calderwood committed the offenses of two counts of Lewd and Lascivious with a Child. On May 19, Calderwood was taken into custody without incident and processed at the VSP State Police Derby Barracks. At the conclusion of processing Calderwood was transported to Northeast Correctional Complex and lodged for lack of $10,000 bail.
