Hardwick Police Report

On July 18, at 3:53 p.m., Daniel Fournier of Hardwick was arrested for Unlawful Trespass at Buffalo Mountain Market on Mill Street in Hardwick. Fournier was cited to appear in Caledonia Court on Monday, August 18, at 8:30 a.m.

On July 19, at approximately 7:51 p.m., Alex Maldonado of Greensboro Bend was arrested for driving under a criminally suspended license. Maldonado was cited to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court Criminal Division on August 18, at 8:30 a.m.

On July 17, at 8:28 p.m., the Hardwick Police Department conducted a motor vehicle stop of a vehicle for defective equipment on Wolcott Street. Investigation revealed the operator of the vehicle, Travis Bombard, of Barre, was under criminal suspension. Bombard was issued a citation to appear in the Superior Court of Vermont, Criminal Division Caledonia Unit to be arraigned on the charge.
