HARDWICK – On June 6, Hardwick Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a 2012 Subaru Outback for a motor vehicle violation. The operator, Malcom Manning of Wolcott was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Manning was also found to be criminally operating with a suspended license. Manning was taken into custody without incident and transported to Hardwick Police Department where he was processed for DUI and DLS. Manning was released on citation to appear at Caledonia Superior Court on June 22, at 8:30 a.m., to answer the charges.
