BARTON – On May 6, at approximately 2:08 p.m.,, Orleans County Sheriff’s Department Dispatch received a call from the Circle K Gas Station in Barton, regarding Karin Musso of Albany trespassing on the property. Deputy Battista arrived on scene and after investigation it was found that Musso was trespassing.
Deputy Battista located Musso at her residence, She was issued a criminal citation for the charge of Unlawful Trespass.
