GREENSBORO – Will Marlier of the Greensboro Conservation Commission will lead a panel discussion, July 8, and hear from state experts on different approaches to mitigate the spread and impact of invasive species. The panel will take place in the Fellowship Hall of the Greensboro United Church of Christ, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Speakers include Noah Hoffman of the Vermont Department of Parks, Forests and Recreation; Mike Bald, founder and owner of Got Weeds?; Stephanie Smith, deputy director of the Vermont Public Health and Agricultural Resource Management Division; and Jared Nunery, Orleans County forester.
