WOLCOTT, GREENSBORO – Joan S. Pilbin Spencer, 73, of Wolcott and Greensboro died Sunday, July 12, at UVM Medical Center in Burlington.
She was born on August 9, 1952 in Hardwick; the daughter of the late William and Claire Pilbin.
To honor her request, all services will be private at the convenience of her family.
