GREENSBORO – Alice Ann Bowers passed away after a short illness on February 14. She was the daughter of Alfred Crandall and Marjorie Perry Crandall and granddaughter of Daniel A. and Maude Perry. Alice, known as Ann to her family, was an active member of Rainbow, Easter Star in her earlier years, and graduated from Newton High, Mass., in 1953. Alice enjoyed reading her books, looking after her cats, and spending quiet time at her camp in Vermont.

Alice is survived by Donald, Alan, Marjorie and Stephen. She also has six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Alice passed on St. Valentine’s Day, a day that is known for love. She was a loving woman whose love for each of us will never pass. She will be missed by each of us.

A celebration of life and her burial will in Greensboro at the Lincoln/ Noyes cemetery on May 27, at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, it is asked to make donations to the Atonement Lutheran Church at 29617 State Road 45, Wesley Chapel FL 33543.
