CABOT – Cabot Community Theater will present a full-length stage production of “Anne of Green Gables,” Lucy Maud Montgomery’s story of a resilient and imaginative young girl, and her adventures in Avonlea, a small farming town in Prince Edward Island. The show features a multi-generational cast of community members.
The play will be performed one weekend only: Thursday through Saturday, May 2 to May 4, at 7 p.m., with Saturday and Sunday matinees on May 4 and May 5, at 2 p.m.
Performances are at the Cabot School Performing Arts Center, located behind the main school building at 25 Common Road.
Cabot Community Theater keeps ticket prices low, to make live theater accessible to the whole community.
There are still seats available at all performances, though CCT performances do sell out, especially the matinees, so reservations are recommended. Reserve yours at tinyurl.com/cctanne.
Seats are general admission, unless special accommodations are needed (please describe on reservations form). The theater and bathroom are wheelchair accessible.
The play is appropriate for all ages, but requires an attention span, so may not be a good fit for some young children.
