
MONTPELIER – The Central Vermont Council on Aging and the T.W. Wood Gallery will present the third annual Celebration of Creative Aging on Friday, June 7. This event, held at the T.W. Wood Gallery in downtown Montpelier, aims to honor and showcase the artistic voices of older adults in our community.
The Celebration will feature four art workshops. Participants will have the opportunity to explore their creativity and learn new artistic techniques under the guidance of skilled instructors. In addition to the workshops, the event will include an art history lecture and the opening of an art walk exhibition featuring works by older artists.

The schedule for the celebration includes: Collage/Poetry Mashup Workshop and Watercolor Workshop at 10 a.m.; Drawing Workshop and Pastel Workshop at 1 p.m.; and Art History Lecture and Art Walk Exhibition Opening at 4 p.m.
