To the editor:
Before any agreement with Rural Edge can be reached, the town needs answers to many questions. Some of these include: water and sewer issues, a site plan for parking, lighting, landscaping, space for the Giving Closet and town offices, relocation of recycling and a price for the town hall.
As we begin to gather information to answer these questions, it will be shared with the town (at meetings, in papers, and via the town website). If we reach the point of having a proposed Purchase and Sales Agreement, per 24 V.S.A. 1061, it will be submitted to the voters before the agreement is signed with Rural Edge.
