Share article

ST. JOHNSBURY – Dog Mountain, home to the Stephen Huneck Gallery, will hold the yearly Dog Party on Saturday, June 22, from noon to 4 p.m. The day is dedicated to the legacy of Stephen and Gwen Huneck, the founders of Dog Mountain.

Dog lovers and admirers of the Hunecks are invited to this annual event filled with tails, trails, and treats. Whether a dog owner or a canine enthusiast, the party promises an array of activities for dogs and their owners, that includes live music by The WD40s, and offerings from local food trucks and vendors.

Dogs can try an agility course and other dog contests, while their human companions engage in lawn games, a raffle and a bounce house. Dogs and humans can spend the day exploring Dog Mountain’s 150 acres of mountaintop fields, meadows, dog ponds, hiking trails and views.

The party is free to the public and will be held rain or shine.
