To the editor:
While David Kelley may not be a teacher, I can’t think of any non-teacher I’ve known who cares more about our kids or our education system. (And my praise also goes to Kelly Robinson, his wife, who does happen to be an awesome teacher in our district!).
David helped me turn around teenagers who were thrown out of school, largely because they were considered too hard to handle. Working within our education system, these kids were put in positions where they could learn a trade with me. David gave me the support and guidance I needed and also was able to help give these kids what they needed.
I have known David Kelley for 20 years. He’s a big supporter of women, and particularly of a woman-owned small business. In addition to working with and helping our children who may be in need, he’s also been a great help to me with a number of important business decisions.
David is a sincere, honest gentleman; he stands behind what he says he’s going to do. David loves his community and especially cares about the kids and our education system.
David Kelley is a wonderful, supportive man and a good solid Vermonter, working for the best future for all Vermonters. If you’re from Glover, Albany, Craftsbury or Greensboro, I hope you’ll join me in voting for David Kelley on August 13 to represent us in the Vermont House of Representatives.
