FEMA employees tasked with identifying flood relief needs in Orleans County set up a table at the Greensboro Farmers Market on Wednesday, August 25 to share information about applying for financial relief and to offer other information to meet the needs of residents. The Federal Government has declared the July 9-11 flooding a disaster in seven Vermont counties, making the area eligible for financial assistance to cover displacement, serious needs, temporary lodging, basic home repairs, personal property losses and other uninsured disaster-related expenses.
