Pond Exploration, Oct. 10

HARDWICK – Matt Peters and Jonathan Shapiro will lead a visit to Tuttle Pond on Thursday, Oct. 10, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Peters, consulting ecologist, studied and documented the pond in the first Hardwick Ecological Inventory completed this spring. Shapiro, lead instructor of the Fox Paw School, is a naturalist and certified animal tracks expert. Expect muddy conditions. Park near the intersection of Center Road and Stage House Road. This free event is sponsored by the Hardwick Conservation Commission.
