GREENSBORO – Helen M. Dimick, beloved wife, mother and grandmother passed away on October 20, in her home that she shared with her husband, Pete, for many years in Greensboro.

Helen’s life was defined by her selfless caring for her family, friends or anyone that needed it as shown throughout her career as a licensed nursing assistant and coordinating the first volunteer program at Greensboro Nursing Home where she worked over 42 years serving the residents there. Helen was an active member of the Hardwick Baptist Church where she enjoyed hosting picnics and tea parties for her church family.

Helen is survived by her three children: Sharon Dimick of Wheelock, Gary Dimick and wife Jo-Ann of East Hardwick and Kelly Dimick and wife Nancy of Zephyrhills, Fla. Helen was also blessed to have five grandchildren, six step-grandchildren and many great- and great-great grandchildren.

Helen was loved and will be remembered and missed by the many lives she touched in her 94 years.

Services and burial will be held in the spring with date and time to be announced. Arrangements are with the des Groseilliers Funeral Home. Condolences and memories of Helen may be shared with her family at dgfunerals.com.
