ST. ALBANS – Sharon A. Zecchinelli of Enosburg Falls, passed away at the Northwestern Medical Center, on January 19, at the age of 73.  
Sharon was born in Grand Junction, Colo., in 1951 and graduated from high school in Springfield, Mass., in 1969. She later received a degree in culinary arts and was instrumental in starting the private chef industry.

She moved to Vermont with her husband, Vincent Zecchinelli, in 2000 and immediately began a small farmstead and enjoyed riding the back-country roads on her horse, Merry Grace. She loved all of her animals over the years including several varieties and beloved dogs.
She leaves behind her husband Vincent, son Joel of Pennsylvania, daughter Courtney of Minnesota, Stepson Jason of Maine, Stepson Justin of Pennsylvania and several grandchildren and step-grandchildren, brother David of Pennsylvania and two nieces.
A graveside memorial service and burial will be held on Thursday, Jan. 23, at 11 a.m., in Hardwick at the Main Street Cemetery. Arrangements are with des Groseilliers Funeral Home. 
Sharon was very passionate about all her many causes and spirituality and will be missed by many.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to ASPCA of Franklin County, 30 Sunset Meadows, St Albans, VT 05478.
