Music and Movement Aug. 10

HARDWICK — Jeudevine Memorial Library will host singer-songwriter Emma Cook for the end-of-summer reading celebration on 10 a.m. on Thursday, August 10, upstairs in the Memorial Building. The session will be a time of music and movement perfect for ages birth through six (and older siblings are welcome.) Cook has led children in song at the Music for Sprouts classroom on Bread and Butter Farm, performed on Season Two of the “Mister Chris and Friends” PBS television show and is a regular visitor at area libraries. This event is free thanks to a grant from the Vermont Dept. of Libraries and the Winnie Belle Learned Foundation.
