Fishing Basics Sept. 23

CRAFTSBURY-GREENSBORO – Spend the morning at Lake Eligo and learn the basics of fishing on September 23, 9 a.m. to noon. Participants will learn rules and regulations, ethics, species identification, knot tying, tackle craft and more. The event is co-sponsored by the Hardwick Conservation Commission and the Hardwick Recreation Committee. Youth to adults are invited to fish, but this class for beginners allows registered participants to fish that day without a license. Fishing gear will be provided and dress for the weather.
