Share article

GREENSBORO – Waitsfield author Erika Nichols-Frazer will join in Greensboro Free Library’s book club discussion of her memoir, “Feed Me,” on Thursday, Oct. 26, at 5 p.m.  “Feed Me” is Nichola-Frazer’s account of growing up with undiagnosed bipolar disorder.  At age 10, she taught herself to cook, and from then on found that preparing food for herself and others was the antidote to the chaos in her mind. Her story is about sustaining oneself through connections with others and daily rituals like preparing a meal.  Copies of the book are available for loan at the library.  Nichols-Frazer will join the hybrid meeting over Zoom. Readers are welcome to join in person at the library or over Zoom; the Zoom link is posted on the library’s online events calendar.  For more information, contact the library at (802) 533-2531 or [email protected].
