Contra Dance Dec. 30

MONTPELIER – The Montpelier contra dance will be held Saturday, Dec. 30, at the Capital City Grange, with Nils Fredland calling to Spintuition (Silas Hamilton, Willy Clemetson, Samuel Foucher). Festive clothing is encouraged and a snack potluck will be held at the break, Beginners, singles and all ages are welcome; all dances are taught with gender neutral role terms. Newcomers lesson begins at 7:40 p.m., with dancing from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. Bring clean soft-soled shoes. Masks are optional.
