MORRISTOWN – North Country Animal League (NCAL) is home to dogs and cats that are made ready for adoption. They are all spayed and neutered as well as being up to date on vaccines. NCAL’s staff will help look for animals as well as getting them adopted. Among those up for adoption is a dog named Greg.
Greg was “dropped off at a barn and left by his owners,” Karen Page, an employee at NCAL informs us. Despite his unfortunate entry to NCAL, he has adapted well and doesn’t mind the barks from his puppy neighbors.
Greg is a medium-sized dog of about 10 years and has an underbite and eyes which match his nice demeanor. Greg gets along with other dogs but doesn’t have any known history with cats or children. Because of his laid-back nature he seems able to get along fine with any other being.
Page notes that “In his golden years he is looking for someone he can hang out with, bask in the sun on the porch with and be loved by.” His human friends at NCAL have called him, “The bestest boy ever!” Since he is a senior Greg can be adopted for $200.
Visit NCAL’s pets by going to NCAL.com and filling out a registration form, then visiting NCAL at 16 Mountain View Meadows Road, off Vt. Rte. 100, south of Morristown. You can also reach NCAL at (802) 888-5065.
North Country Animal League (NCAL) was established in 1994 as Lamoille County Humane Society and became NCAL in 1996.
