Caja Taqueria, operated by Bryan Palilonis, reopened Tuesday, July 9 for the summer, with a rotating menu from its taco truck, just off the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail at 154 W. Route 14, Hardwick. Hours are Tuesday to Friday from 11:30 a.m., for lunch, through 7 p.m. The Caja Madera taco truck is at Highland Lodge for Margarita Mondays from 4 to 8 p.m. through September 1. courtesy photo
