MORRSIVILLE – October 14, from 3:30 p.m. to 4:15 p.m., the annual membership meeting of Lamoille Housing Partnership Inc. (LHP), will be held at 26 Hutchins Ave.. Members will consider the proposed affiliation between LHP and Downstreet Housing and Community Development, Inc., under which LHP will become a subsidiary of Downstreet. Members will be asked to vote on proposed bylaw amendments to implement this affiliation.
