BERLIN – On September 29, officers from the Berlin Police Department were monitoring traffic on U.S. Route 302. They observed a motor vehicle and conducted a stop for a minor motor vehicle violation. During the traffic stop, it was determined that the operator, Alexander Trombly of Cabot, was operating without a license, having received a no-license ticket earlier this year.
