Advanced directives discussion, Nov. 18

HARDWICK – Join Valerie Valcour of the Vermont Department of Health on Tuesday, Nov. 18, at 6:30 p.m., at the Jeudevine Library. Valcour will discuss how to have special care and end-of-life care conversations and determine the best way to document and record those plans. There will also be some basic information about Vermont’s Medicaid Choices for Care provided. This event is free and open to the public. It will be held in the Parker Ladd Community Room, located on the lower level of the Jeudevine Memorial Library, 93 North Main Street, Hardwick.
