CABOT – The Cabot Volunteer Fire Department (CFD) has secured $999 in matching funds from the Vermont Wildland Fire Gear (VWFG) Grant, administered by the Department of Forests, Parks & Recreation.
This competitive grant will enable CFD to reduce the cost of acquiring additional personal protective equipment for volunteers, including wildland fire shirts and pants.
