HARDWICK – A class, led by Wolf Whitney, on using paper to create collages will be held at GRACE on Friday, Feb. 3, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Using paper as a medium to explore two-dimensional design, students will find how to create painterly works of art on canvas or paper. The history of collage will be discussed and examples of the medium will be shown. At the end of this class, participants will have a work of art to take home. Artist Wolf Whitney is a multi-disciplinary contemporary artist and sculptor. Her work focuses heavily on the influences of ritual and the natural world.
