HARDWICK – The Hardwick Kiwanis Club, with the help of a few other community members and organizations, are working to bring the 2023 Hardwick Spring Festival to the community. The community event on Saturday, May 27, (Memorial Day Weekend) which is back for the second year since COVID, needs community members. Volunteers are needed for just a few hours on the day or days before to: work with elementary or high school kids to host parts of the day; help organize an animal section; help create a pet parade; helping sell ducks (the plastic ducks will drop from the Hardwick Fire Department Ladder truck); set up for the evening dance; build a human truck pull team; assist with mid-way carnival games; march in, or create a float for the parade; and much more. For more information, volunteer signup, questions, or to make donations. contact Sherry Lussier at [email protected]
