Circus Smirkus Camp Roadshow troupers from ages 10-18, make a human pyramid during their show “As a Day Goes By” they performed on Atkins Field, August 2. The entertainment was hosted by the OSSU Summer Food Service Program. Entertainers were , front, Layla Lucia from California; middle, (from left): Carley Saunders from Massachusetts, Ricky Tilk from Ohio, and Kathryn Fischmann from Massachusetts; back, (from left) Natalie Packard from Massachusetts and Natalie Morgenbesser from Maine. The group performed 20 public shows on the road directed by Fritz Grobe. They spent three weeks putting the show together at camp and went on the road to perform them for two weeks. A Circus Smirkus Smirkfest featuring performances, workshops and demonstrations, will be held August 12, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the camp on 41 Clown Alley in Greensboro.
