NORTHEAST KINGDOM – To celebrate the signing of the Constitution of the United States of America by the Continental Congress in 1787, communities throughout the Northeast Kingdom are invited to ring their bells on September 17 at 4 p.m.

Communities may join the St. John de Crevecoeur Chapter from St. Johnsbury, and the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution to celebrate the signing of the Constitution of the United States of America by ringing our community bells for one full minute. Several churches, schools and community centers have confirmed their participation in this event. For more information, contact Debra Bell, St. John de Crevecoeur Regent, at (802) 782-2550.
