Historical Society Open House Oct. 7

GREENSBORO – The Greensboro Historical Society will hold an autumn open house on Saturday, Oct. 7, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Cider and donuts will be served and a final opportunity to view the exhibit, “Saving Land, Saving History: 50 Years of Land Conservation in Greensboro.” New residents will receive a complimentary copy of “The History of Greensboro: The First Two Hundred Years.” The museum is located at 29 Breezy Avenue (next to Willey’s Store). The museum will open again for regular hours next summer with a new exhibit. For more information, visit greensborohistoricalsociety.org
