The S.D. Ireland holiday concrete mixer of Williston, driven by Thaddeus Severy, was decorated with over 30,000 pink and white lights. The mixer led the Mountain View Union Elementary School district of Hardwick Elementary, Lakeview and Woodbury in the River of Light parade, December 14, through Hardwick.
