HARDWICK – The zoning office of the Town of Hardwick has notified residents of a petition of T-Mobile Northeast, LLC for a Certificate of Public Good for a de Minimis modification on a wireless Telecommunications facility at 846 Bridgman Hill Road, received on November 12, by mail. The Case No is 24-3189-PET, dated October 17, 2024.
This information is presented in accordance with Article 19 of the 2022 Town of Hardwick Annual Town Meeting, adopted, March 1, 2022, that states, “Shall the Town require its government to provide notice on its website to its residents when the Town receives notice that sources of radiation generated by cell towers/transmitters, Wi-Fi tower transmitters, and 5G antennas are being proposed for licensing and installation within the Town limits?”
The Hardwick website has a page, hardwickvt.gov/right-to-know/, where notices regarding telecommunication projects are posted when they are received by the town.
