BERLIN – On March 19, officers were advised of a missing person from the Central Vermont Medical Center. Officers were advised that Ellen Halperin, of Marshfield, had dropped off a friend at the Central Vermont Medical Center around 6:30 p.m. Halperin was supposed to come back and pick up the friend but never returned.

Halperin was last seen wearing a sweater and corduroy pants. Halperin was last seen driving a 2018 maroon Toyota Rav4 with Vermont License Plate HHD883.

Update: She has been located and is safe.
