As the Vermont drought continues, Colleen Jenkins drives the truck as her husband Zack Fuller, works to get it off the trailer, Wednesday morning, Oct. 15, at the Caspian L:ake public beach boat launch. Colleen said, “We knew the lake was low but we didn’t realize how rough it would be getting the boat in. We’re able to moor it at the dock for the week we’re here so we don’t need to do this every morning!”
