HARDWICK – On January 17, the Hardwick Police Department was advised of a retail theft that occurred at the Dollar General in Hardwick. Investigation revealed that Heather B. Quinn of Hardwick had secreted and altered packaging on items valued at $44.50. Ms. Quinn was issued a citation to appear at the Superior Court of Vermont, Criminal Division, Caledonia Unit, to be arraigned on the charge of Retail Theft.
