ST. JOHNSBURY – Nashville’s Mark Taylor will perform Sunday, July 26, at Dog Mountain. The country star takes the stage at 5 p.m., adding his 90s-inspired, country pop to the free weekly concert series.
Mark Taylor has opened shows, fairs and festivals for Big & Rich, Lainey Wilson, and LOCASH. His hit single, “I’m Down,” peaked at No. 11 on a fan-voted country chart.
Taylor’s concert at Dog Mountain is free and open to everyone, including dogs. Patrons are encouraged to bring a blanket or a low beach chair, sunscreen and water. Beer, wine, and cocktails will be available for purchase on site at the beer garden, operated by St. Johnsbury Distillery. Patrons are welcome to pack a picnic dinner or purchase food from one of the food trucks.
Overflow parking is available at the Fairbanks Scales parking lot, where RCT will shuttle passengers up to Dog Mountain and back. New this year, RCT will begin shuttling folks from the St. Johnsbury Welcome Center to Dog Mountain every Sunday at 4 p.m., and then back to the Welcome Center after the concert.
