Summersweet Garden Nursery and Tea Room is featured in the August 22 “Stuck in Vermont” episode.

Summersweet Garden Nursery is a retail and mail-order plant nursery on the fields behind Rachel Kane’s family home, an 1840s brick house at the edge of the village.

The nursery specializes in heirloom and medicinal plants, with a special fondness for tall garden phlox. Eight-hundred varieties of flowers, herbs and shrubs are on offer

An eclectic gift shop specializes in summer hats for both women and men, tea-related items, useful garden tools and more.

A seasonal tearoom serves English Cream Teas in the flower garden or conservatory on summer afternoons.

“Stuck in Vermont” is a Vermont vlog about art, music, obsessions and outsiders in Seven Days.
