“The Vermont Farm to Table Cookbook” author talk and recipe tasting

The Jeudevine Memorial Library and Galaxy Bookshop collaborated to bring authors of “The Vermont Farm to Table Cookbook,” to Hardwick last Thursday for an author talk and recipe tasting. Chef Nora Rice, left, and her farmer sister Jenna Rice, collaborated on the book with more than 50 recipes that can be made entirely with Vermont ingredients, except for a little salt an oil.
