Share article

GLOVER – As war brutalities reign permanently and festively, “Idiots of the World must unite against the Idiot System.” Bread & Puppet’s new show presents the idiocy of the current system through a series of painted banners, puppetry, a fiddle sermon, and more. Performances will take place every Saturday at 3 p.m., and running through August 26. Bread and aoli will be served immediately after the show, and the Mother Dirt Mass will take place following at 4:30 p.m.

Performances are located at the Bread & Puppet Theatre at 753 Heights Road, inside the Paper Mache Cathedral. For indoor performances, masks are encouraged but not required. Tickets can be purchased in advance online at breadandpuppet.org by donation or at the door on the day of the show. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds. Call (802) 525-3031 for questions or more information.
