A granite and fieldstone picnic table with benches perfect for a giant stone-age family invites tired travelers on the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail close to Fisher Bridge, between Hardwick and Wolcott on August 24. It appeared after the trail was reopened following repairs required after early July’s flooding of the river.
