A replacement culvert under School Street just north of where the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail crosses it is being replace by a Gravel Construction crew on Halloween, Thursday, October 31. The dry creek where the culvert is being placed washed out in the summer’s flooding and is being replaced by a larger diameter one with concrete endwalls.
