CRAFTSBURY, HARDWICK – The Cresta Alta Film Tour will show films at Sterling College, March 17, at 6 p.m.; at a Hazen Union student assembly on March 20, 1 p.m., and at Hazen Union as a community benefit for the Civic Standard Flood Relief, March 20, 5:30 p.m.
The Cresta Alta Film Tour has engaged audiences throughout the U.S., and features Risen Media’s expedition-based climate change documentary film, “Cresta Alta,” that chronicles a journey to Alaska, Iceland, Chile and Peru to document glaciological research expeditions and sustainability. The screenings are followed by a discussion with producer and director, Todd Anders Johnson.
Todd Anders Johnson, attended North Country Union High School in Newport, and studied at the University of Vermont before heading West to Seattle and ultimately, to Colorado. He is returning to Vermont on this statewide film screening and tour with his climate change and sustainability documentary film, “Cresta Alta.”
