Orleans County Sheriff’s Department

On April 26, at approximately 2302 hours, Deputy Lindor with Orleans County Sheriff’s Department conducted a motor vehicle stop on Main Street and I-91 in Orleans for a motor vehicle violation. The operator was identified as Jacon Inkel of Albany, who exhibited signs of impairment. Inkel performed Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and was subsequently taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence. He was processed at Orleans County Sheriff’s Department and later released on a citation to appear at Vermont Superior Court Orleans Criminal Division on June 20, at 11 a.m.
