On April 28, at 11:42 p.m., State Police received a report of a possible intoxicated driver in the area of Maple Hill Road in Marshfield. Kolby Flynn, of Barre was located and subsequently processed for DUI. On May 11 Flynn was issued a citation for DUI and is scheduled to appear in Washington County Superior Court – Criminal Division on June 1.

On May 11, State Police received a report of an assault that occurred the day before. William McConnell, of Woodbury, got into an argument with a household member and put his hands around his throat. On May 12 McConnell was taken into custody for First Degree Aggravated Domestic Assault and transported to the State Police Barracks in Berlin for processing. He was later released on conditions of release and is scheduled to appear in Washington County Superior Court – Criminal Division on May 15.

On May 10, at 10:14 a.m., the Vermont State Police was contacted by Alexander Pojedinic, of Plainfield, advising that Kayle Schnell, of Plainfield, had come onto his property despite being previously issued an order against trespassing. After further investigation it was determined that Schnell had trespassed on the property. She was issued a citation to appear in Washington County Superior Court on June 1, at 8:30 a.m.
