On May 27 officers of the Berlin Police Department observed a motor vehicle violation and conducted a traffic stop. During the course of the investigation, the operator, Cindy Davis, of Plainfield, showed signs of impairment and was subsequently taken into custody for DUI.
Davis was issued a citation to appear at the Washington County Superior Court, Criminal Division on August 24, at 8:30 a.m., to answer for the charge of DUI.
